The PEERspectives event “Exploring biodiversity and trade interactions” will identify the critical gaps in knowledge and the up-to-date data that is needed to design and efficiently implement evidence-based policies requiring the mobilisation of different research fields and policy sectors.

It will thus bring together scientists, policy-makers and stakeholders to enhance understanding of complex governance-relevant issues at the nexus of biodiversity and trade and stimulate collaboration between science and policy.
