What is the main goal of this BioAgora information event ?
The main goal of the information event is to serve as a platform to familiarize project leaders with the BioAgora project’s objectives and the pivotal role they play in constructing the Science Service for Biodiversity, a critical component of the EU Knowledge Centre for Biodiversity. The program will contribute to the vital topics of:
- Explaining the role of the Science Service for Biodiversity in EU policy making;
- Exploring opportunities to enhance synergies between ongoing projects in order to mobilise the research community to impact policy;
- Developing a strategy on how to more effectively communicate robust scientific evidence to European policymakers.
We firmly believe that active participation from project leaders and active project members is essential to steer the trajectory of biodiversity science and policy in Europe!
